The Elli Flexpole represents a major leap forward in fast charging. Developed and built at Volkswagen’s state-of-the-art plant in Hannover, the Flexpole delivers 250 kW of rapid DC charging through two simultaneous charge points — and crucially, does not require complex grid upgrades or excavation work.
Thanks to its integrated 193 kWh battery, the Flexpole can be installed and operational within hours, connecting to existing low-voltage power sources (16A–63A). This flexibility makes it ideal for locations with limited or no grid capacity — from business premises and forecourts to pop-up sites, events, and short-term projects.
