The in-form camera captures with EXIF intact: every photo is timestamped, geo-tagged and tied to the job it was taken on. Customers sign on-screen at the install (finger, stylus, mouse) and the signature embeds into the certificate with a timestamp. The field operative's own signature is saved once and re-used; no template-hunting per job.

OCR SCANNING

Point the phone. The form fills itself.

Field operatives point the phone at a meter, an MPAN sticker, a consumer-unit label or a product serial-number plate. The on-device OCR reads the text and auto-fills the matching survey field. No squinting at glare, no typing 16-digit MPANs, no transposed digits. Correct in-form before saving if needed.
