Engineers and customers sign on-screen at the install — finger, stylus, mouse — and the signature embeds directly into the certificate. Legally valid, no scanning, no chasing paperwork the next morning. Both parties get a copy with the same signed timestamp; the original sits on the job record for the lifetime of the install.
