Photos go into the survey field. The survey field maps into the DNO application. The DNO submission status updates the job. The job's data generates the install certificate. The certificate joins the customer handover pack. The customer gets emailed a polished file. Same data, captured once on-site, lands in five downstream documents without anyone re-typing it.
