A pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) is the vetting an installer completes before joining your network. Turn it on so installers are approved before they can take work.
Steps
Open PQQ Settings under Settings, Partner Network:
- Turn on Enable PQQ for installers joining your network. Invited installers then complete a PQQ that must be approved before they can join.
- Set the Document expiry grace period, the days an installer has to replace an expired document before they are put on hold.
- Click Save.
Build the questions installers answer under PQQ Templates. The questionnaire draws on the competency and certification records installers already hold.
