Invite installation companies to join your installer network, so you can share jobs with them and they can quote and work for you. Invitations are sent and tracked from Installers in the main menu.
Invite installers
- Go to Installers > Invited installers and click Invite.
- Choose how to find them:
- Find installers: search our installer directory by name or location, tick the companies you want, and click Invite selected.
- Invite by email: enter one or more email addresses under Installer Emails and click Invite. Use the address of the installer’s main installHUB account if they already have one.
- If you use PQQs, pick the PQQ under PQQ. Installers then complete and submit it for your approval as part of joining.
To browse the directory on a map, with more detail on each company, use Installers > Find installers. See Grow your installer network.
What the installer sees
Each installer gets an email inviting them to your network.
- If they already have an installHUB account, they sign in to accept.
- If they don’t, the email takes them to sign up first, then they accept.
Once they accept, they appear under Installers > Installers, ready for you to share jobs with.
Track your invitations
Invited installers shows counts of Invited, Pending, Verified and Accepted, and a row for each invitation with:
- Company, and Source: Directory if you invited them from the directory, Manual if by email.
- Invited: when you sent it.
- Status: where they are in the process. Accepted installers show In network.
For invitations not yet accepted you can Resend invite or Revoke it. Click a row for more detail on a directory company. Click Refresh to update the list.
After they join
- Check their operating locations and the installation types they offer, as these decide which jobs they can be offered.
- Share jobs by hand, or let installHUB offer them automatically with Auto-Allocation Settings.
- Follow their live work under Installers > Installer Work in Progress.
