Appointment notes
Add notes to your appointments that can be shared with the customer or with your operative who will be attending the appointment. Ensure your customers and operatives are informed every step of the way.
These notes will also be saved to the job’s Notes tab on the desktop app and will also be available to view on the operative’s mobile app view of the job on the Notes tab.
Send multiple quotes to the customer
You may now send multiple quotes to the customer for the same job. This will allow your customers a choice between various packages and configurations. Pair this with the quote template process to rapidly send pre-defined quotes to your customers.
Communications History
You can now see the email address of the recipient in the Communications tab. This is useful when you have sent a quotation to an email address other than the primary customer’s email address.
Bugfixes
- Job Counts – Fixed an issue where job status counts sometimes do not match up with the job status filter counts on the job listing page.
- Job Information Form Order – When a job’s forms were updated to the latest version, it caused the forms to change order. This has been fixed, so the primary installation type form is always first.
- Partner Details – Fixed an issue where sometimes the partner details and settings pages became uneditable.
- User Guide – Fixed the layout of the user guide so it’s easier to navigate.
- Quotation Reminder Emails – These emails are now sent to the customer over a shorter period (2, 7 and 14 days) and only while the quote is with the customer and the job remains in the quote with customer status.
