iOS Mobile App Update
We have released an update to our iOS mobile app to improve the stability and performance of the app with more recent versions of iOS. We recommend all users update to the latest version.
Delete Customers and Jobs
Customers and jobs can be permanently deleted from the system if they are no longer needed. If you archive jobs, they will be automatically deleted after a configurable period of time. You can control this from the App Settings area.
Invoices for Payment Requests
If you request payment from customers they will also be sent an invoice for the payment request. Useful for commercial customers who want to be sent VAT invoices for payments.
Resend Quotations to Customer
You may resend quotations to the customer that were previously sent. Useful if the quote needs to be sent to a different email address, you can change the email address before sending the quote.
Service and Maintenance Report
Data captured in the information form for service and maintenance jobs will automatically be collated into a single generated document available on the job to be downloaded or included in a customer pack sent to the customer.
