Customer pack improvements
Customer pack documents sent to customers will be attached to the email as individual file attachements rather than one large zip file. This makes it easier for customers to download and view the document they are interested in.
Where the size of combined attachements makes the email size too large we will display the customer pack document as individual links in the body of the email. The customer can click the link of each document to download the document from our secure cloud storage.
Installation type on job listing page
The Installation type of the job will now be shown in the first column of each job on the job listing page. This makes it easier to differentiate between jobs when working with multiple installation types.
Archive customers and jobs from listing pages
You may now archive jobs and customers from their respective listing pages to make it easier to clear up jobs or customers that are no longer needed.
Bug fixes
- Job history – Activity date was showing incorrectly in some cases
- Job history – Partially Completed status was showing as Unkown status
- Job details page – If the job is updated in the background by another process the status was not being updated.
