Your scheduler has a second view. Switch Show by to Customer job and the week becomes one card per job: the customer, the work, the booked field operative, the kit and the contractor site visits, split into AM, All day and PM. These are the bookings you already have, read a different way, built for the office and for forward planning.

Why this matters
Installers plan around the customer job as well as the person. A per-operative scheduler tells you who is busy; the jobs calendar tells you what is happening for each customer on the day. It reads your existing bookings as one card per job, so the office sees the whole picture at a glance, plans ahead by the month, and reads a customer their dates in a tap. Nothing new to book, and nothing to set up.
At a glance:
- Switch Show by to Customer job for a card per job on Day, Week and Month, split into AM, All day and PM.
- Each card shows the customer, the work, the booked field operative, the site postcode and the kit status.
- Contractor site visits like scaffold, roof works and groundworks sit on the board with their own cards and on-site dates.
- A flag warns when an install no longer fits its scaffold window, and never blocks the booking.
- Open a job’s schedule for the timeline and a ready-to-send Copy for customer summary.
- Print the week or month in landscape, and work from a phone with a compact header and a filters sheet.
For scheduling teams
- A card per job. Cards sit in AM, All day and PM rows and carry the booked field operative with a coloured dot for the visit type, the product pills, the site postcode and the kit status. Two types of work show as two pills, and they wrap rather than truncate.
- Kit at a glance. A pill reads Kit delivered to site, Kit: collection, Delivery booked with the date, or Kit not confirmed. Mark a job’s kit as being collected from the job’s schedule.
- Contractor visits on the board. Turn on Show contractor visits to see scaffold, roof works and other site visits as their own cards, each with its trade icon and on-site dates.
- Cancelled stays visible. Cancelled bookings show greyed and drop out of the day counts.
Kit and contractor site visits show for companies that use Job checklists.
For the office and forward planning
- Day, Week and Month in one place. Week columns widen for busy days and narrow for quiet ones, and the board scrolls sideways when a day is full. Month gives you the shape of the weeks ahead.
- Filter to what you need. Filter by job type or field operative, and switch cards between Full and Compact. The view remembers how you left it.
- Print for the morning meeting. Print the week or month in landscape and take the plan off the screen.
Telling the customer

- The whole job on one panel. A card’s View schedule opens the job’s timeline: every visit, its date and half-day, and the kit.
- Copy for customer. One tap builds the dates into a short message under your company name, ready to paste into an email or a text. Customers see the company name, never a field operative’s name.
