installHUB’s help bubble is now an AI assistant called Lekky. Ask it how to do something in installHUB, in plain words, and it answers from installHUB’s own guides and opens the right one for you. It is there in the portal, bottom right, and on installhub.com. When you want a person, it hands you straight to the support team.

Why this matters
When you are mid-task and not sure how something works, you want an answer there and then, not a trawl through the guides. Lekky reads your question, answers from installHUB’s help content in a few lines, and opens the guide it used so you can read the detail. It knows the page you are on and the plan you are on, so the answer fits your account. And it is always one tap from a real person.

- Ask like you would ask a colleague. Type the question in your own words. Lekky answers in a few lines and lists the guides it used, each opening in the help panel so you can read the full steps.
- It stays on installHUB. Ask about something off topic and it steers you back, rather than guessing.
- Tell it how it did. A thumbs up or down on each answer feeds straight back to us.
A person when you want one, and a straight answer on plans
- A person is always one tap away. Talk to a person sits at the top of the chat. Ask for a person, or give two unhelpful answers, and Lekky offers to hand you to the support team.
- Honest about your plan. Ask about a feature your plan does not include and Lekky says so plainly and shows the upgrade, instead of pretending it is there.
- Honest about being AI. Lekky tells you it is installHUB’s AI assistant whenever you ask. It points you to the step; it does not make changes to your account for you.
