Customer payments

Connect Stripe so customers can pay you online, from a quote deposit to a final invoice, so customers pay faster and you chase less.

Steps

Open Payment Settings under Settings, Billing & Payments:

1. In the Stripe Connection panel, check the current status.
2. Start creating or linking a Stripe account. If you have started already, click Resume Stripe Connect.
3. You are taken to Stripe to finish verification (business and bank details). This is required before payouts can be made.
4. When you return, the status shows the account as connected.

What customers see

Once connected, customers can pay from the amounts you send them and from the customer portal. Payments go into your Stripe account. Stripe handles fees and payout timing; check those in your Stripe dashboard.
