Branding Studio puts your logo, colours and sender identity on the customer portal, enquiry form and every customer document and email, so customers see your brand, not ours.
Steps
Open Branding Studio from the main menu:
- Under Branding for, choose who this branding applies to. Most companies leave this on My company.
- Upload your logos: an icon logo for the top bar and a wide logo for the sidebar and emails, with light and dark versions.
- Set your brand colour by hex code or colour picker. The contrast check warns you if text will be hard to read.
- Check the live preview on the right. Switch between the customer portal, enquiry form, email, quotation and invoice, and between desktop and mobile.
- Click Save & publish to make it live.
You can also set your email identity (sender name and reply-to) further down the panel before you publish.
