Sign up in four steps
You can set installHUB up yourself, and no card is needed to start. Sign-up takes four steps:
- Your account. Your name, email and a password.
- Your company. Company name, address and country.
- Your products. The products and services you install, so your quotes and jobs are ready to go.
- Your plan. Pick Business, Pro or Enterprise, per user or Flex. Your 30-day free trial starts here.
Once you are in, you land on the Account Setup checklist, which walks you through the rest.
What to set up first
A few minutes on these and you are ready to take your first enquiry:
- Company profile and logo, so your quotes, emails and documents carry your brand.
- Your team. Add office staff and field operatives and set what each one can do.
- Your product catalogue and job types, so quotes and on-site forms match the work you do.
- Your enquiry form. Share the link, or add it to your website, to start capturing leads.
- Working hours and job durations, so the scheduler books realistic appointments.
Bringing your data across
Your customers. You can import your customer list from a CSV file. The file can include each customer’s name, email, phone and second phone, full address, country, and company details, and you can set a job type on a row to start a job for that customer at the same time. installHUB checks the file before anything is imported and tells you which rows need fixing.
Past OpenSolar projects. If you use OpenSolar, installHUB can import your sold projects, including the proposal and documents. This needs your own OpenSolar API access, which you turn on in OpenSolar; installHUB cannot switch it on for you.
Your accounting records. If you connect QuickBooks or Xero, installHUB pulls your customers and invoices across so your records line up from day one.
One thing to know about jobs. installHUB does not bulk-import a back-catalogue of finished jobs from another system. You bring your customers across (and your sold OpenSolar projects), then run new jobs in installHUB from there. Most teams are taking live enquiries the same day they sign up.
Need a hand moving over?
You can set everything up yourself, and most teams do. For a larger move from another system, we look at it case by case. It is usually the best fit for Enterprise, so book a demo and we will scope it with you.
