Your company details appear on quotes, invoices and customer emails. Set them once here and they carry through automatically, so customers always see the right business name, address and contact details.
Open it
Click the gear icon at the top right (Account & Settings) and choose Company Profile, or go to app.installhub.com/admin/company. Account managers can edit it, as can anyone whose custom role lets them update company details.
About Company tab
- Enter your Company name.
- Fill in your business Address and country.
- Under Contact Information, add the Phone number and Contact email address customers should use, and your Website.
- Under Terms and conditions, add a link to your terms, such as yourcompany.com/terms. It’s printed on your quotes.
- Under Registration and other details:
- add your Trading as name, and tick Use the trading name on email correspondences? if emails should use it;
- choose your company type, and add your Company registration number and OZEV authorisation code if you have them;
- tick Have a VAT Number? and enter your VAT registration number if you’re VAT registered.
- Click Save.
Certifications and accreditations
- MCS certification: if you’re in the UK and install solar PV or heat pumps, answer Are you MCS certified? and add your MCS certificate number. MCS-certified companies get an MCS certificate step on their solar and heat pump job checklists.
- Accreditations: pick the certification schemes your company holds, or add your own, with a Reference and Valid until date. Click Add accreditation for each one.
Company Bio
Write a short Company Bio about your business. It appears on some customer documents, such as quotations.
Logo and colours
Your logo, colours and email identity are set in the Branding Studio, with a live preview. The Appearance tab on Company Profile has a link straight to it. See Branding Studio.
