Customer SMS sends appointment reminders, booking confirmations and other updates to customers by text, which get opened far more reliably than email. You are charged per message sent.
Steps
Open SMS Settings under Settings, Communications:
- Turn Enable on to switch SMS on for your account.
- Check the SMS Pricing by Country table for the per-message rate. See the live rates on our pricing page.
- Click Save. Charges are added to your monthly subscription bill.
Once SMS is on, messages such as appointment reminders and booking confirmations can be sent by text as well as email.
