The Dashboard is the first page you see in the admin portal. It shows where your jobs are, what needs attention and what is coming up. Open it any time from Dashboard in the menu (https://app.installhub.com/admin/dashboard).
Keeping it up to date
Last update at the top shows when the figures were loaded. Click the round refresh button to reload them. Most widgets also update by themselves when a job is created, changes status, is flagged or pinned, or an appointment changes.
There is no date filter. Unless a widget says otherwise below, its figures cover all of your jobs, not just this month or year.
Jobs status summary
How many of your jobs are at each status, grouped into Leads, Surveys, Quotations, Installations, Services, Completed and Inactive, with a total per group. Lost jobs sit under Quotations; jobs on hold or archived sit under Inactive.
Click a status to open the job list filtered to that status.
The totals cards
- Total leads received: all of your jobs.
- Total leads quoted: jobs you have sent a quote on.
- Total accepted quotes: jobs with a quote from you that was accepted.
- Total completed installs: jobs at Installed or Completed, or with a completed installation appointment.
- Lead to install conversion rate: completed installs as a percentage of leads received.
Jobs at risk, Jobs over SLA and Jobs breaching SLA
These show when your company uses job status SLAs. They count the jobs you can see in your job list that are at risk of going over their SLA, or already over it. Jobs on hold are left out, because their SLA clock is paused.
- Click Jobs at risk or Jobs over SLA to open the job list filtered to those jobs.
- Jobs breaching SLA lists up to five of them, over SLA first, then the nearest deadline. Click a row to open the job, or View all for the full filtered list.
Flagged jobs
How many jobs carry each of your job flags. Only flags in use are shown, highest count first. Click a flag to open the job list filtered to it.
Pinned jobs
Jobs your company has pinned, most recently pinned first. Pins are shared by everyone in your company. Pin a job from Pin job in the job page’s action menu or from the job list. In the widget you can search, unpin a job, or click the arrow to open it.
Upcoming appointments
Appointments from today onwards that are not completed or cancelled, soonest first, ten to a page. From each row you can Go to job, Edit appointment, or Cancel appointment (you’ll be asked for a reason).
Performance over time
A month-by-month chart for the current calendar year showing New Leads, Quotes accepted, Jobs lost and Installations completed.
Scheduling Analytics
Shown when your company has route planning. For the current month it shows average Utilisation of your field operatives, the number of appointments under Jobs This Month, and Travel Share, with arrows comparing against last month. Top Operatives lists your three busiest field operatives. Click the widget, or View Full Dashboard, to open the full analytics page.
