Appointment reminders keep customers informed so fewer visits are missed. installHUB can send a message the day before, an hour before, and an on-the-way message when your field operative sets off.
Steps
Open Appointment Reminders under Settings, Scheduling:
- For the Day-before reminder, choose SMS, email or both, and set the time it goes out.
- For the 1-hour reminder, choose SMS, email or both.
- For On the way, turn on the message sent when the field operative taps On My Way in the mobile app.
- Click Save changes.
Customers confirm or cancel straight from the link in the message they receive, with no login, and the change shows in your scheduler at once. SMS messages need SMS switched on; email reminders always work.
