A start address for each field operative lets installHUB work out travel time and route jobs from where they actually begin their day, so the diary plans realistic journeys between jobs.
Steps
Open Users, click a field operative to open their record, then open the Home Location tab:
- On the Home Location tab, a warning marker shows when no address is set.
- Type the address into Search address and pick the match, so it is geocoded.
- Or click Manually input to type the address by hand.
- Save. Repeat for each active field operative.
A note on privacy
The home address is used only as a route start point for travel time and territories. It is visible to admins and account managers, not to customers. If an operative prefers not to share their home, use a depot or office address instead.
