Working hours tell installHUB when your team can take jobs, so the scheduler and customer self-booking only offer times your team is actually available. Leaving the 24/7 default on means any time of day is offered, so set real hours.
Company hours
Open Company Working Hours under Settings, Scheduling:
- Turn off Operates 24/7 to set the days and times your team works.
- Set Operates on bank holidays to match how you work.
- Click Save changes.
Company closures
Use Company Unavailability to block public holidays, training days and company shutdowns so no jobs are booked on those days. Click Add unavailability and set the dates.
Operative leave
Use Operative Availability & Leave to record leave, sick days and training for individual field operatives. Click Add leave and choose the operative and dates.
