Available now on installHUB
installHUB has three plans: Business, Pro and Enterprise. Each builds on the one before, so everything on Business is also on Pro, and everything on Pro is also on Enterprise. This guide explains the plans, the free trial and how to choose a plan when it ends.
What each plan adds
- Business: everything you need to run installation jobs from first enquiry to handover, including enquiry forms, surveys, quotes, scheduling, the field operative mobile app, documents and DNO applications.
- Pro: everything in Business, plus custom forms, white labelling, the Customer Portal, the partner channel and every integration (OpenSolar, QuickBooks, Xero, Zapier and Stripe).
- Enterprise: everything in Pro, plus the installer network, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ), route planning, field tracking, purchase orders and job transfer. Enterprise is arranged with each business, so it shows POA in the app.
Per user or Flex
Business and Pro each come two ways:
- Per user: you pay for each user licence, billed Monthly or Yearly, with unlimited jobs. Everyone who signs in, field operatives included, needs a licence.
- Flex (Business Flex and Pro Flex): a monthly base fee plus a charge for each job, with a different rate for a standard job and a service job. There’s no per-user charge, so you get unlimited team members. Flex is billed monthly only.
Per user suits a steady team size. Flex suits a team that’s larger than its job volume, or job numbers that go up and down.
The free trial
Every new account starts with a free trial, usually 30 days, on the plan picked at sign-up. No card is needed to start. On a Flex plan, the per-job charges are waived for the whole trial, so jobs you run during it are free.
The sidebar shows how many days are left, and the Subscription Plan page shows Your free trial will end on with the date. Add a payment method there before that date and the trial turns into a paid subscription on its own.
When the trial ends
If the trial ends without a payment method, your account becomes read-only. Your data is kept, and you can still sign in and view everything, but you can’t make changes.
Adding a card at this point doesn’t restore access by itself. Choose a plan instead:
- Open Subscription Plan. You need the Account manager role.
- Click Choose a plan.
- Pick a plan under Select Subscription Plan, then the billing period and number of licences if it’s a per-user plan.
- Check the Price Summary, enter your card under Payment details if asked, and click Pay and subscribe.
Your account works as normal again straight away.
Where to compare plans
- In the app, Select Subscription Plan shows each plan’s current price, what it includes and, for Flex, the per-job rates. To talk about Enterprise, click Request Call Back on its card.
- On the website, the pricing page compares the plans side by side.
You can move between plans, and between per user and Flex, later from the Subscription Plan page.
