Available on Pro and above
Each enquiry form link can carry its own title, intro text, logo and colours, so customers see your brand, or a joint brand with a partner, from the first click. You set this per link in Settings > Sales & Quoting > Enquiry Form Links.
Set your company branding first
Your default logo and colours come from the Branding Studio (Branding in the main menu). Every enquiry form link uses them unless you change that link. See Branding Studio.
Brand one enquiry form link
- Open Enquiry Form Links. You’ll see a table of your links.
- Open the menu on the link’s row and click Edit Link.
- In the Enquiry Form Link window, expand Customise customer enquiry form.
- Enter a Title of the Your Details section and an Intro text of the Your Details section. These are the first words the customer reads on the form.
- Choose the logo:
- Leave Use default company logo ticked to use your own logo.
- If the link belongs to a partner, tick Use default partner logo to show theirs.
- Untick both to upload a logo just for this link, for example a combined logo for a dual-branded form. The logo shows on a dark background, so choose one that reads well there.
- To change the colours, untick Use default branding. Under Link Branding, pick a navigation text colour theme and a sidebar background colour, and upload a Sidebar background image if you want one (recommended size 335px by 1206px).
- Click Save.
Click Open Link in the row’s menu to see the form as customers will, or Copy Link to paste it into your website, emails or adverts.
Branding a form for a partner
If you work with partners, you can choose a Partner for the link in the same window. Once the link belongs to a partner, you can show their logo on it with Use default partner logo. See Add your partners.
What else is on a link
The same window holds the link’s source label, form type, partner and product selection settings. Those are covered in Enquiry form links.
